Well, it is now official when the wii will be launched and the price and the games. im personally looking forward to December 7 (Australia release date). as of this moment, i am saving AU$400 towards a wii.

Now all i need to do is convince my brother to help split the costs and that will make the job VERY easy. ;D

That's called "living in a different country"! Duh. >_>

Also, "Wii" sounds cooler than "Revolution".

And, to preempt your reply, Art: >_>

Yep Wii's gonna be sweet. By the time of the Aussie release I'm confident I'll have excess in $1000. I'd share but....y'know.

Excellent. Just got Mario Strikers, first online Wii game. Awesome fun!

But the big 3 end of this year, next year will own all! (Metroid prime 3, Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Galaxy)

Oh yes, and soon, voice chat. Starting with Madden. Not that I care for Madden that much but hopefully, when Brawl comes around, that'll have chat as well.

I got Phantom Hourglass, yesterday too. How very odd......

I haven't had much play time though, my brother's been hogging it.

If you have money, and have the slightest interest in soccer, buy Super Mario Strikers: Charged. I recommend it. First Wii wi-fi game I've gotten and I love it!

Dest, you got Brawl yet? You have pretty much had it for 3 moths, whilst us Australians have been stuck in the dark.....comes out next week here.

I thought that delays would be over after the worldwide release of the Wii. Ah well. Next week.....can't wait......

I got it the day it came out here in America, been playing it a lot since that, if you're getting it next week, then you have to give your FC so I can play you online, though, as I've been seeing, online play is laggy as shit, I guess it'll be a bitch to play it between Australia and America.

No, let's not try that. Not on my connection anyway.

Maybe in a month when I improve my internet connection. But even then it'll be a long shot.

I can barely play people across the country, let alone across teh sea.

Let's see if anyone looks in here anymore.....

So how are the game collections of yours looking? At the moment:

Wii Play
Wii Sports
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games
Metroid Prime 3 Corruption
Super Mario Strikers Charged Football
Super Mario Galaxy
de Blob
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Pro Evolution Soccer 2009

I'll probably end up trading in Metroid and Mario and Sonic for the Metroid Prime trilogy thing that's coming out (seeing as I don't have 1 and 2). Other than that I'm happy with my game collection at the moment. Next to add will probably be The Conduit which looks like it'll have a great online multiplayer going.

I know Nintendo have lost a lot of people (maybe some of you guys as well) but I'm fairly happy with the direction they're headed in.
